Food

Feed your bearded dragon:

insects, and vegetables. Especially greens

Red/green/yellow/orange peppers, arugula  raspberries, melon, and, blueberries, are some ideas.

I recommend Dubia roaches as they are full of protein.

Never feed wild insects.

Avoid spinach, beet greens or anything can contains oxalates that will bind calcium

Adults should eat 20% insects and 80% veggies, while babies, eat 80% insects and 20% veggies

A rule of thumb is, don't feed anything larger then the space between their eyes to avoid choking.

A adult bearded dragon can be fed as little as once per day. Young dragons should be offered food 3 times per day.

Water

Having a consistent source of water is very important.

There is some controversy, but a water dish is fine so long as you maintain proper humidity levels.

Either by keeping a lid off, having ventilation, keep it away from any heat lamp.

Bathing, Hamster Water Feeders, Syringe, are some other methods as well.

Spraying large amounts of water inside a enclosure is not recommended due to the chance of respiratory infection.
